About Me

Benjamin is an author and screenwriter. He grew up watching adventure movies like Indiana Jones and The  Goonies, pretending to live out those plots on his family’s acreage in  Nebraska. After it became “a little much” for an adult pretending to be a  globetrotting explorer, he earned his bachelor’s degree in Film and  Theatre from University of Nebraska at Lincoln and channeled his  adventurous spirit onto the page. Benjamin was a screenwriting finalist  at The Omaha Film Festival, Nashville Film Festival, and earned his MFA  in Creative Writing from Mount Saint Mary’s in Los Angeles.
